Man Utd News: United Offer Patrice Evra New Deal For long-term Contract


Man Utd have offered Patrice Evra a new deal as Real Madrid and Inter Milan continue to show interest in the defender. according to The Sun.


The 29-year-old Frenchman still has 18 months left on his £70,000-a-week deal in Manchester and the table-toppers will reportedly award him with an improved contract until 2014.

Fergie wants to act swiftly to secure one of his key players on a long-term deal. Evra joined United from Monaco five years ago in a £7m deal and after a wobbly start has established himself as one of the world's top full-backs.
