Patrice Evra agrees new contract 3½-Year deal

Good news for all Man Utd fans as Patrice Evra has agreed a new 3½-year deal to stay at Old Trafford.

Evra had considered leaving Old Trafford, tempted by the possibility of playing in Spain, and had been linked with a move to Real Madrid. But the Frenchman has decided instead to remain in the Premier League.

Evra has been one of United’s most consistent performers since joining from Monaco for £5.5million in January 2006.
