The 19-year-old attacker was on loan at Yeovil Town earlier this season but joined Championship side Hull in November and has since made a string of impressive displays. His loan deal was initially extended until the end of the season, but the Tigers have moved to make the deal permanent.
And Hull have tied him to a contract until 2014, with boss Nigel Pearson saying: "We are absolutely delighted to have secured Cameron permanently.
"He is a player who has shown plenty of promise during his time here and he has a very bright future in the game."
